AN INTRODUCTION TO THE HIMALAYAN KINGDOM - NEPAL Mt. Everest
Nepal, the land of lord Pashupatinath and the birth-place of lord Buddha, 
is a sovereign slopes of the mid Himalayas. It boarders with India in the East, 
South and West and with the Tibetan autonomous region of China in the North. Nepal is endowed with a wide variety of flora and fauna, meandering rivers, lakes, glaciers, mountains and lush green valley. TRAVEL INFORMATION :
ENTER PROCEDURES:  All visitors except the Indian national must hold a passport and a valid visa. The visa can be obtained at the Nepalese Diplomatic Missions and Consulate abroad and entry points issue visa for visitors. The visa will be extending at the department of immigrations.

TOURIST VISA: A visa is necessary to enter Nepal and can be obtained from any Royal Nepalese Embassy or Consulate or at the entry points in Nepal.

By Land - Kakarbhitta, Birgunj, Belhiya (Bhairahawa), Nepaligunj, Dhangadi, Jogbani, Mahendranagar in Nepal - India border and Kodari in Nepal-China Border.
