The application form must be submitted at least 30 days before the
Provisional date of departure . Nepal Darshan Tours (P) Ltd. will confirm your booking
within 15 days of your application.
The application form must be filled up completely and be submitted Along
with a medical certificate / appraisal for travelling to abroad and stay from a registered
doctor.
The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to any
unavoidable circumstances.
50% deposit of the tour cost at the time booking and the balance 50%
before the commencement of the tour is compulsory.
In case of any differences / disputes during the tour, the decision of
Nepal Darshan Tours (P) Ltd. shall be Final and binding.
Participants are responsible for compiling with all formalities required
by Nepalese and Bhutanease's authorities en-route.
Any participants carrying unlawful drugs, political propaganda ,
firearms, or pamphlet will immediately from the tour.
Cancellation of Tour :
A cancellation charge of 25% will be claims from the participants for a cancellation
before 3 weeks of the tours commencement date.
A cancellation charges of 50% of tour cost shall be claimed for a cancellation between 8
to 15 days before the commencement of tour.
No cancellation will be accepted within 7 days of the commencements of the tour.
A full refund will be made by Nepal Darshan Tours (P) Ltd. If tour is cancelled for
whatever reasons.
