MT. KAILASH claimed to be the apex of the Hindu religious axis, is also one of the highest mountains in Tibet at 22,022 Ft, and Lake Manasarover at 14,950m Ft. is said to be the highest fresh water lake in the world, certainly a difficult region to reach with variable and extreme weather condition. The distance from Kathmandu approximately 2000 Kms.

Travelling to Mt. Kailash region of Tibet has a high risk of altitude sickness. One should consult the doctor and get acquainted of the problems of fever, loss of appetite, headache, stonach disorders etc.caused by altitude sickness we suggest you to consume 3/4 litres of water everyday .walk slowly breathe deeply & take rest whenever needed.
