Rabendra Raj Pandey is the Executive Chairman of Everest Express Tours & Travels. Prior to this, he spent 15 eventful years with Royal Nepal Airlines in various capacities. A well-known tourism personality, Mr. Pandey served as the President of the Nepal Association of Travel Agents from 1985 to 1987 and also headed the PATA Nepal Chapter as its Chairman from 1989 to 1991. He currently serves as a member on the Nepal Tourism Board, the PATA Executive Committee and the PATA Board of Directors. Mr. Pandey was honored with the PATA Award of Merit for his contribution to tourism in the Asia Pacific region at the 48th Annual Convention of the Pacific Asia Travel Association held in Nagoya, Japan in April this year.
