When to go for Nepal trips

Nepal offer season that are everpleasant round the year. Oct to APL is dry months with clear sky of brilliant visibility of surroundings & mountains, making good season to travel to Nepal. May/ June are good for high altitude treks due hot/ humid at low lands. For flowers mid March - April is good time. The important thing is weather you wish to do a gentle or adventure trips. If you decide for adventure trips, generally we suggest, longer the trip - better both in terms of adventure and cultural experience. However, all our trips are good. Even on short trips, you can really enjoy and gain a lot from the experience. For variety of different adventure, we suggest that trip which combines short adventures with raft and safari that allows to explore the markets and cultural assets of Kathmandu in detail. If you want to take a long trips just add safari and raftings on to it that will become the complete trip in Nepal.

Tour/Trek Guides

Our mountain tour/trek guides are Nepalese who speak very good english. Touring with our guide will provide one the genuine insight picture of Nepalese lifestyle and they not only lead, but rather serve a point of combination between you and the country. They also see that all the logistics fall into places ensuring and enhancing your enjoyment of the trip

Hotel/Resort Accommodations

We use major tourist class standard hotels in Kathmandu & elsewhere. Please note that we reserve right to change & amend Hotels & offer the similar properties if required beyond our controls.

In Bhutan, governments allocates the tourist standard hotels for all tours. There are limited number of tourist class hotels in Bhutan.

In Tibet except Lhasa hotel, all other hotels used are of best available enroute

On our NEPAL trips.

Tourist classes accommodation, all transportation & domestic flights. Guided tour/trek with an English speaking /trained guide. All equipments, gears, manpower & all meals while on trekking, rafting and in jungle safari trips. Cost of trek permits, National Park and nature of conservation fees. A comprehensive medical kit. Staff insurance. Complimentary welcome dinner/ city map (for Nepal trip only)

On our TIBET Package trips.

Tibet application & visa fee. All land transportation in Tibet & in Nepal. Flight charge- KTM/LXA or vice versa. All sightseeing tour in Tibet with an English spleaking Tibetan/Chines guide & hotel on BB & double sharing.

On our BHUTAN trips.

KTM/PARO/KTM flight. Tour/trek in Bhutan with accommodation on double occupancy & all meals during the tour/trek . Airport transportion in 4WD-drive jeep or minibus for groups.

On our SIKKIM trips

All sightseeing tour & land transfer. Kathmandu/Bhadrapur/Kathmandu flight. Accommodation & all meals while on the tour/treks with all trekking arrangements in Sikkim.


Nepal Visa fee of US$ 30.00 for single entry is payable at the airport upon arrival in Kathmandu airport or in the country of participants from Nepalese embassies or consulates for 2 months period. Tourist visa can be extended at the department of Immigration in Kathmandu before the expiry of earlier visa by paying fee of US$ 50. Please make sure to have the passport size photographs for this purpose.

All Tibet packages includes visa/entry permit fees.

All Bhutan package tours include visa processing and fee of US$ 20 is payable upon arrival in Paro, Bhutan airport, is not included in the tour cost.

Sikkim entry must be endorsed to Indian visa.

Complimentary policy

We provide 50% of dicount to a person or tour escort/leader in group size of 10-14 person & 100% discount with the group size of 15+ above person.


Our tour/trip cost does not included travel insurance & visitors are advised strongly to take the insurance coverage in their country before the commencement of any trips with us.


Please see the rough guide outlined below, as our entire trip involves some physical activities

Gentle Trips, includes city tour, jungle safaris on elephant back, and relaxed rafting.

Leisurely adventure trips are designed for family holidays that involves 1-5 days hiking leisurely, gentle rafting & safari with city tours in Nepal. The walking duration ( app. 4/5 hrs/day) is in capacity of most of people who like some outdoor activities

Introductory trips involves 5 / 6 hrs of walking /day & elevation exceeds upto 3500m. Program of sports or aerobic activities for 2- 4 wk. is well recommend for the trip preparation.

Moderate adventure little harder treks that involves walking of 7/ 9 hrs a days at some stages and altitude exceeds 4000m. Any reasonably fit person should be able to manage these trips, providing they do not suffer any medical conditions affected by strenuous exercise. Program of sports /aerobic activities for 4/ 6 wk. is recommend for preparation before the trip.

Adventurous (strenuous) are harder treks altitude exceeding upto 5700m and are within the capabilities of most people but you must be very fit. People particularly over 50, must prepare them well. Those with high blood pressure, asthma and heart condition should not participate on these trips. Program of sports or aerobic activities for 6- 7 wk. is recommends for preparation before the trip.

Technical adventures involves high altitude trekking and some mountain peak climbing for those who really –really have a strong enthusiastic mind to do so. Pls. enquire about this trek with us.
