One of the incredible things about Nepal is
that there are lowland jungles within sight of the snow. Just half an hour’s flight
or 04/05 hours scenic drive watching from Kathmandu is the Royal Chitwan game preserve
where there are jungle camps for wild life. In any of these one rides elephants through
tall grasses to surprise rhino, deer & tiger. By the night one can sometimes sit over
kills made by tiger & leopard. You will be taken by canoe on great river to view the
rare fish eating crocodiles & migratory birds. Its exalting magical would all the more
amazing because just above the tall elephant grass & the tree are the mountains.
