superb trek for those with limited time but willing to do a high
altitude trek.
The trek starts with a scenic flight to Hondge airport from Pokhara
which takes about 25 to 30 minutes and about 2 hours easy trek to
Manang Village(3540 m). Interesting days are spent in Manang with
side trip to interesting places like Braga village, Gangapurna Lake(
15 minutes) , Ice Lake ( 4 hours), Pacho Gompa and many other
interesting places.
The highlight of the trip will be the 3 days of quite demanding but
very rewarding trek to Tilicho lake which is perhaps the world's
highest lake situated at an altitude of about 5000 m.
This trek offers you one of the best views of the Annapurna
Mountains, Ganagapurna, Tilicho Peak and the Tilicho lake.
