The following is a list of Guthi members who have confirmed their attendance and sent their apologies for Sithi Nakha 2000 celebration scheduled for Saturday, 17^th June at Simmos Beach, Macquarie Fields. Please note that I have allocated (after consultation with other Guthi Executive Committee members) responsibilities for preparation of various food items to one or more attending Guthi members (I was unable to contact every member to confirm this, due to various reasons). This necessity has come up because of Puran’s inability to prepare all the items assigned to him, due to his health and other personal reasons.
Please bring in the cost incurred in the preparation of the item(s) – Umesh will take care of this on the day.
Please let one of the Guthi Executive Committee members know if you are unable to prepare the item you have been assigned.
As per the agenda for the afternoon, I have not yet received any items from any Guthi members. So,I propose the following items for our AGM-2000 meeting (tentatively scheduled to begin at 12:15pm):

• Report on Guthi activities during 1999-2000/Future directions
• Treasurer’s Report
• Update on Kicha, the newsletter of Guthi Australia
• Election of Guthi Executive Committee for 2000-2001
• Other matters, if any
